Invoices are built from lesson events, so every charge and credit links back to the exact lesson behind it. No mystery totals.
No parent logins
Parents get a private link — book, reschedule, and pay without creating an account or remembering a password.
Automatic invoicing & autopay
Issue invoices monthly or per lesson. Parents can pay by card or save a card for automatic payment when the next invoice is issued.

How payments work
Teachers subscribe to StudioFlow for a flat monthly fee. When a parent pays for lessons, the payment goes directly to the teacher through the teacher's own connected Stripe account — StudioFlow never holds or touches lesson funds, and takes no cut of parent payments. Card processing is handled securely by Stripe; StudioFlow never stores card numbers.
Refunds, cancellation & terms
Cancellation
The StudioFlow subscription is month-to-month. You can cancel anytime by emailing us; your access continues through the end of the current paid month and you won't be charged again.
Refunds & disputes
If StudioFlow isn't the right fit, email us within 14 days of a subscription charge and we'll refund that charge in full. For billing questions or disputes, contact us at the address below and we'll respond within two business days.
Payments that parents make to a teacher for lessons are handled by that teacher through their own Stripe account. Refunds for lessons are issued by the teacher, subject to the teacher's own lesson and cancellation policy.

StudioFlow is provided as a subscription software service for independent music teachers in the United States. By subscribing you agree to use the service to schedule and bill your own students. Full terms are available on request at the contact address below.
